In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• Single Account: Each eligible individual may register and hold only one (1) cwd88 Account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — including through the use of different email addresses, payment methods, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances across all related accounts.
• Not a cwd88 Employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, agents, and immediate family members of cwd88 and its technology and software partners are not eligible to hold a Player Account.

3.1 Registration Process. To access the full features of the cwd88 platform, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals, you must create a registered Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and subsequently updated in your Account profile is accurate and truthful at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including misrepresenting your age or identity — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance or Bonus Funds.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). cwd88 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process requires submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (Indonesian KTP, passport, or equivalent);

3.4 Account Approval. cwd88 reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to decline any registration application or to close a registered Account at any time without being required to state a reason, subject to the return of any verified real-money Balance held in the Account at the time of closure.

3.5 One Account Per Person. Each natural person may hold only one Account on the cwd88 platform at any one time. If cwd88 identifies that a Player holds more than one Account, cwd88 may merge, suspend, or permanently close the duplicate Account(s) and may, at its discretion, void any bets or winnings associated with the duplicate Account(s).

4.1 Responsibility for Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cwd88 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, nor permit any other person to access the platform using your Account.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. cwd88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. 4.3 No Sharing of Accounts. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You must not permit another person to use your Account to place bets or play games, and cwd88 is entitled to treat all activity on your Account as having been carried out by you personally.

4.4 Platform Security. cwd88 applies industry-standard SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the cwd88 servers. Passwords are stored using cryptographic hashing. cwd88 staff will never ask you for your password through any channel — any communication purporting to be from cwd88 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.

5.1 Accepted Methods. cwd88 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. cwd88 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method. As a general guide, bank transfer deposits carry a minimum of Rp 50.000 and e-wallet deposits carry a minimum of Rp 25.000. Specific minimums are displayed within the Deposit section of your Account dashboard.

5.3 Deposit Processing. cwd88 processes deposit requests around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. Deposits made via the supported methods are typically credited to your Account Balance instantly or within a few minutes of confirmed receipt by cwd88's payment processing system.

5.4 Own Funds. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts are prohibited. cwd88 reserves the right to return deposited funds and to suspend the associated Player Account if third-party funding is identified.

5.5 No Platform Fees. cwd88 does not charge any platform-side fee for deposits. Any charges levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are separate and are governed by your agreement with that provider.

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. You may request a withdrawal of your real-money Balance at any time, provided that: (a) your Account KYC verification has been completed; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been met; and (c) there are no open investigations relating to your Account at the time of the request.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to another payment account registered in your own name and verified by cwd88. cwd88 does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts under any circumstances.

6.3 Processing Times. cwd88 targets withdrawal processing within a matter of minutes for standard requests submitted via e-wallet or local bank transfer. 6.5 Right to Withhold. cwd88 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or investigation of a suspected breach of these Terms. cwd88 will endeavour to complete any such investigation within a reasonable time and will communicate the outcome to the Player.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. From time to time, cwd88 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to Players. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms of each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum total bet amount that must be reached before Bonus Funds or any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance. Wagering requirements are specified on each promotion's individual terms page. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies.

7.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are generally available to Players who have completed KYC verification and who do not have an open self-exclusion or cooling-off period active on their Account. 7.5 Withdrawal Before Wagering Completion. If you request a withdrawal of your real-money Balance before completing the wagering requirements associated with active Bonus Funds, cwd88 will process the withdrawal of the real-money portion only. Any outstanding Bonus Funds will be forfeited at the time of the withdrawal request.

8.1 Sportsbook Rules. 12.5 Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless cwd88, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

13.1 Right to Amend. cwd88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 13.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the cwd88 platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
